Dispensaries subscribing to WhereTheBud grant us the right to use their business name, logos, and submitted promotional content in accordance with their subscription plan.
We reserve the right to reject or remove any promotional content that violates laws or our policies.

Subscription fees are charged as per the agreed plan.
Refunds are handled as described in the Subscription Agreement.

Our content is for educational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. Consult a healthcare professional before using cannabis products.
WhereTheBud is not liable for any damages arising from your use of our content or services.
Our maximum liability will not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 12 months.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
You may terminate your subscription as outlined in the Subscription Agreement.

These Terms are governed by New York State law. Any disputes will be resolved in courts located in New York County, NY.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or on our Site. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
